Why K-SPOT?

We’re here for everyone who lives and breathes the K-world. Music, dramas, fashion, food, and travel. A place where you can explore, shop, read—and most importantly, be part of a community that feels the same way you do. For fans of Korean culture in Slovakia and beyond.

It started with dramas and music. Today, it’s a big part of our lives.

It started with dramas and music. Today, it’s a big part of our lives.

K-SPOT is built by the three of us—former colleagues, now friends—who each found our way to the K-world at different times and in different ways. Some of us have been into it for years, others joined later. We come from different backgrounds, with different perspectives and experiences, but over time we were brought together by something that became a natural part of our everyday lives—South Korea.

It all started quietly. For one of us, it was late-night dramas; for another, music in headphones or beauty routines that gradually became part of daily life. What we shared, though, was that we weren’t drawn to it just as a trend, but by the way Korean culture connects aesthetics, storytelling, and everyday life.

When we visited Korea in person, it stopped being just about what we saw on a screen. Suddenly, it was the streets, the cafés, the atmosphere, the people, and the little details that can’t truly be captured in photos or videos. That’s when we knew it wasn’t just a passing trend, but something that would stay with us.

K-SPOT was created out of the need to build a space where this connection to the K- world can be shared. A place for people who discovered it at different moments, but who love it just the same—if not even more—today.
