MAMIHLAPINATAPAI is the 4th mini album by girl group ILLIT, released on April 30, 2026 under BELIFT LAB. The album is led by the title track It's Me.
The unusual word Mamihlapinatapai describes a moment between two people who both want the same thing, yet neither makes the first move. This feeling forms the central theme of the album, as ILLIT explore the emotions that appear when two people gradually grow closer and a simple “like or dislike” is no longer enough to describe their relationship. Excitement mixes with uncertainty as they wonder what comes next.
The album also captures different sides of life and relationships experienced by today's younger generation. GRWM (Get Ready With Me) draws on everyday moments, It's Me focuses on expressing feelings openly, paw, paw! explores the emotional bond with a beloved pet, while Love, older you closes the album with a warm and encouraging message to one's future self. The Standard Ver. is the traditional physical CD edition of the album and is available in three visual concepts – GRWM Ver., IT'S ME Ver., and FREE RIDER Ver.
